Terms & Conditions

1. Pay the down payment first in order for me to start the design process. (DP is 50% of the service pricing)2. The process will usually take 2-7 days depending on your chosen service, so please contact me ahead of time.3. Willing to accept RUSH commissions except that there is an extra charge for Rush Fee which is 20% of the total price.4. Down payments are NON-refundable. If you cancel midway, I am not liable for the fee you paid when the process started.5. I am not liable for canceling the commission when the customer is unresponsive and talks inappropriately/rudely.6. I have the right to decline the commission if it is not achievable within the time given, when it is not in my field of expertise, and when it is inappropriate.7. I will only send the finished output if the balance remaining is already paid in FULL.
